General Shipping Address Requirements

Delivery to a PO Box
- United States: Delivery to a PO box is supported.
- Other Countries: Delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.
- Customers must ensure that the ordered product will fit in their PO box. The largest available PO box measures 12″ x 22.5″, so products exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.
- Express Delivery is not available for orders directed to PO boxes. Orders placed with Express Delivery but using a PO box address will be processed as standard delivery.

Home Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery to a home address, the following information is required:
- The recipient’s full name (matching the name on the apartment building, if applicable).
- The street address and house number.
- The apartment number (if applicable).
- The floor number (optional).
- The zip code and country.
Deliveries to Parcel Lockers or Packstations
- Germany Only: Deliveries to parcel lockers, Packstations, Paketfiliale, or Paketshops are supported exclusively for orders shipped within Germany. Deliveries to parcel lockers in other countries are not supported and will be returned to the sender.
- To use these services, the recipient must:
- Activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account for Packstation or Paketfiliale/Paketshop delivery.
- Use the postal number provided by Deutsche Post/DHL in the address.
