Refund and Return Policy

At Love By OG, all our products are created using our custom on-demand process. This means that every item is uniquely made when you place your order, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience. Due to the nature of this process, the following return and refund policy applies:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Love By OG does not support returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
  • We strongly encourage reviewing the size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
 

Damaged or Defective Items and Refunds

In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error:

  • You are eligible for a free reprint or a refund.
  • To claim a refund or reprint, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Please provide:
    • A clear photo showing the issue.
    • For orders affecting multiple items using the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame.

Refunds for payments in currencies other than United States Dollar (USD) will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Print Tolerances

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note:

  • A tolerance of up to 0.5″ for print placement is acceptable. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the case of unsuccessful delivery:

  • You may choose a reprint at an additional charge.
  • Alternatively, you may request a partial refund.
